I’ve got a bass that I’m not loving the sound for. If I lay down a bass line, and convert that to MIDI, can I then make my bass basically sound like a P-bass or Jazz Bass? And it would sound very closely like the real thing where most sharp-eared producers/mixers won’t know the difference?
