Sorry if this has been asked before but… is there a way I can use one of the EZdrummer stock snares (e.g. Slingerland) when I have DFH loaded up?

In SD2 yes , as a X Drum, simple as.

For EZ you can load a 2nd instance of EZ and start from their.
You can copy the midi and unload the other kit pieces on the 2nd instance or they will play too.
