Slow Download Speeds

I’ve been trying to download three SDX’s over the weekend.  The download speeds are unacceptable.  I average below 1mb which is crazy.  My internet is 1GB speed.  I’m in Toronto,Canada.  Any suggestions as to what I can do?

I have the same issue. Average speed of 400kbs. Absolutely unacceptable. I own a lot of Toontrack products and have been forced to reinstall everything. The current completion time is over 2 weeks from now.

This is a legacy problem that Toontrack needs to address.

Same problem with 3 SDX products with a download rate under 300 kbs. Thats not a acceptable!
