Side Snare

Is it possible to add a snare to the left of the hi hats? I use that live and want to add an aux pad to trigger another snare, with a different sound. The ideal kit would have two snare sounds.

 

I have tried to build in Addictive Drums but the options are limited. I feel the sounds are better in SD, I played through it at a friends studio, so I am looking to switch to this software.

Hi,

in Superior Drummer 3 you can add instruments, yes. Your added instruments can be assigned separate channels and you can also route bleed to existing channels or add extra channels. you can also Stack sounds including using your own samples.
