Shipping SSD to Thailand?

Hello,  I would like to purchase the upgrade to SD3 from EZdrummer.  I looked into the downloading option, but my country of residence has, unfortunately, slow / limited speeds for international internet access, which is especially an issue for large file sizes (speeds are much quicker for access within the country).  I’m an American currently living in Thailand.  It appears the only option is to have Toontrack mail (ship) the samples on an SSD.  Three questions:

1. Do you ship to Bangkok?
2. Can I use the SSD as an external drive for my samples during music creation and production, or do I need to transfer the samples to one of my desktop’s internal drives?
3. I’m assuming the “discount” for the upgrade still applies at this time (october 2018).   Thanks!
