Recently i found this Video of David Haynes showing his amazing skills with the Korg Nanopad 2.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9NPaHu0r0io
In this Video he says (and you can see and hear) that he uses a MIDI HiHat-Pedal in combination with the Nanopad.
I suppose this is quiet noob question but could anybody explain me briefly how to connect the Nanopad and the Pedal simultaneously to a PC?
Best,
Thomas

One would assume you would have an E Kit and the Nanopd connected but the Nano must have a footswitch input that somehow works with a Yamaha or Roland Hi Hat pedal from an Ekit.
He must set it up with the correct CC numbers and Midi notes which wouldn’t be too hard.
