    I have registered your serial number to your account. Please use the Toontrack Product Manager to download, install, and authorize your EZD2.

    Hope to find some help in here.

    1. I have had EZ Drummer in my studio for many years and now I am moving my Logic to a new setup. and can’t “Authorize” my product?

    Maybe I only need my serial number, but the installation was from a CD or DVD, and can’t find it?

    My old account was: claus@nbnet.dk (but this e-mail does not work anymore !!).

    2. I have bought the new EZ Dummer 3 with my new account claus@*******.dk and I can’t find it in my list in Logic only the old one is there??

    EZ Drummer 3 is installed and ready to use, it says in the “Product manager”???

    Hi,

    to merge accounts and move products, you need to contact Toontrack Support directly. You can find a ‘Contact Support’ button at the bottom of every FAQ page.

    I removed the image showing your personal data, as well as the personal data in your post (this is a public forum).
