Serial number issue

    Please contact Toontrack Support directly via the Contact Support button in the FAQ. Provide them with your S3 serial number and they can verify that is already in use and can tell you what the next steps are.

    I’ve contacted Toontrack about the support ticket issue.

    In the meantime, have you contacted the seller regarding the serial number? I know it’s not much help, but there isn’t much for forum support to do regarding serial number issues.

    I’ll let you know when the ticket situation is solved.

    Yes, I’ve sent Bax Shop four emails now….. Also talked to them on the phone, they said they would contact you. I already paid the 331 euro, so why hurry.
