Serial ERROR on download attempt Metal! EZX

Hi – I’ve browsed the forums for a solution to this, but unfortunately to no avail. I purchased the Metal! EZX, but when I attempt to download I get the message ‘Serial ERROR’ on screen. It’s driving me a wee bit mental; hope someone can help!
