SDX stuck in download/verify loop…

Followed all steps and suggestions from previous posts complaining about what appears to be a server side issue, but have had no luck. The file that is stuck is soundb31.obw from the Hitmaker sdx. Was planning to use this expansion for a job this weekend, so this is pretty unfortunate timing.

I have vodafone for my broadband and for some reason I had a similar/same  problem to you.

Its like they have blocked the site on their isp.

What I finally did after hours of mucking about was to tether my mac to my iphone . And create a hotspot from my iphone using my mobile data.  (Giff gaff which is O2). And it worked straight away. Just used lots of data!

Thanks for the suggestion! Xfinity gigabit over here, and I tried the iphone hotspot, but no luck.

Support got back to me and said the file was hanging up server side. They purged it, and all is good now. Appreciate them solving this on a weekend.
