Sweetwater has been trying to contact someone at your company for a week now, and no one is replying. Repeat – no one from Toontracks is replying.
Please contact Sweetwater ASAP to address this issue. Specifically, I want NY Studio vol 2 download. They have it listed at full price and cannot change it without your approval / assistance / or some magical spell. Please take care of this. Thank you.
