I’ve noticed that the Toontrack Hi-Hat samples I’ve used in SD2 don’t have a fully open Hi-Hat sound in as much as, there is no clean ‘ping’ sound for a Hi-Hat. When I play the stock sounds on my Roland module with VH-11, a fully open Hi-Hat top-cymbal is exactly that – no half-open sound. When I look at the Hi-Hat articulations in SD2 there are no sample with the true, open top-cymbal sound. Are there any EZX/SDX packs with this Hi-Hat sound? I figured if my Roland module has it, then SD should be able to have it.
