    Hi,

I’ll answer as best I can.

    1. Yes. You can adjust the Smoothing parameter to fit your style.

    2. The articulations are there; Crash, Bow Tip, Bow Shank, Bell Tip and Bell Shank. It depends on your hardware triggering and how you set things up in SD3.

    3. With the more user friendly controls and visual feedback, it should be much easier to MIDI Monitor and adjust your velocity thresholds and CC thresholds for HH Openness.

    4. Yes. And if you pull a Snare from another library, SD3 will try to match the available microphones.

    5. No. I think that with the different Tools and physical Snares there are about 35 Snare choices. If all would be available with and without snare wires through all microphones, you would have to add massively to those 230GB’s. If I’m counting correctly, there are 7 entries with wires off but for 5 different Snares of which 1 Snare with Sticks, 2 with Brushes, 3 with Rods and 1 with Felt Mallets.

    BR,
    John
