Having issues recognizing Superior Drummer 3 in Pro Tools. Is it not compatible or am I missing something? I am using Mac Lion with Pro Tools 10. Stand alone works great.
the standalone is 64-bit but Pro Tools 10 is not 64-bit I’m afraid and you need a 64-bit compatible host to run Superior Drummer 3, as per the product page and FAQ:
SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS.
64-bit Windows 7 or newer, 4 GB RAM (8 GB RAM or more recommended). Mac OS X 10.6 or higher, 64-bit Intel-based Mac with 4 GB RAM (8 GB RAM or more recommended). 64-bit host (with support for VST, AU or AAX). Standalone is included.
