I can’t understand why in 2017 toontrack has not been able to make 16th hi hats (hits) on let’s say 120 bmp sound real.. or convincing
and not like a machine gun type of sound.. I don’t know if it is about “program algorithms” more layers to record or more “hits” I don’t know..
but at 16th open 1.. on SD3 sounds.. bad.
even with the new option (smoothing at +12)
and with all (Hit Variations turn On) .. the same. I get that machine gun sound effect.. unnatural.
Turn off ‘Randomize Hits’ and ‘Use Adjacent Layers’ and you will hear
the machine gun effect. Turn them on again and it goes away. There should
be an obvious difference if everything is working correctly.
