    Hi,

    Please try this:
    1. Pause the download.
    2. Select “Open Download Folder” from the File menu.
    3. In the Finder window, go to SL-SuperiorDrummer3_SDX_Part1.incomplete > Contents > Sounds.
    4. Select the file “soundb16.obw”. (This is the file that you’re having problems downloading correctly, I see in the log.)
    5. Press cmd-D and then press it again, to make TWO duplicates of the file.
    6. Rename “soundb16.obw” to “soundb16.obw bad1”.
    7. Rename “soundb16.obw copy” to “soundb16.obw bad2”.
    8. Rename “soundb16.obw copy 2” to “soundb16.obw”.
    9. Switch back to Product Manager and resume the download.

If it still loops (more than once), it didn’t help. Let me know.

Yes, it seems this file is bad on one of the mirror servers. Both of you, please contact support (https://www.toontrack.com/faq/how-do-i-contact-support/) and refer to this thread, because we would need some info from you that shouldn’t be written on the forum, so that we can locate which server it is.

Yes it is. Using a VPN solved the problem
