The product page for New York Studios Vol. 1 SDX states: “This SDX expansion includes the full core sound library from the now discontinued Superior Drummer 2, a drum recording that has truly become an industry staple.”
I do own Superior Drummer 2 (and have since upgraded to SD3). This means I still have access to the SD2 core library. Does the SDX offer any advantages over this, or should I just skip it? Thanks!
Skip. Grab the other NY SDX’s if you’re considering. They’re great.
