SD time signature variations

I was both surprised and disappointed to find that EZ does not offer any support for variations to the time signature within a song. I may cross/up-grade to SD, but would first need to know if SD has a different approach. Does SD support time-signature-variations within a song?

S2 does not have the Song Track like EZD2. Song building would need to be done in your DAW.
