SD 3 sdx update issues

Hi – get the “run product manager ” when trying to load my SP2 sdx – when i do, it just hangs or i – get ” could not update sl-avatar/graphicsV3/Background.png” try again?
and the ” installed with errors message ” at end – I have deleted update download and re downloaded/install with same results.
All my SDX expansions display “install updates” red button active- when i do – it prompts installation authorization – then unzips – but remails in uninstalled status.

I manually copied files over old within sdx folder and it worked – i’ll have to go through the rest now –
I should have not posted this in pre sales …duh! I re submitted this into the new SD3 support, as something isnt right with the product manager -maybe mods can delete this post cause i cant find a way to 🙂
