Just wanted to Post my rough draft of my new song “Come Salvation”

Set up:
Peavey Wolfgang with EMG’s
Tube Screamer
5150
THD Hotplate for quiet recording
Cubase
Guitar hacks impulses
Drumkit From Hell
Unfortunately, I don’t have a bass…So I had to process my guitar an octave

*Since I am just awful at mixing; I will be getting EZmix + Metal pack soon.

**FYI I wanted to have fun with the bridge, so it’s basically just raining blood combined with the Groan of Wind (Kalmah)

I basically use these recordings for my band to play live. It’s not top quality, but it gets the job done.

Thanks everyone for taking a listen to my song. It seems to be doing pretty good on soundclick. Today, I was spot number 9 on heavy metal. Keep listening to it!!! I would love to be #1

Sounds good chops wise. Yea the mix is a little rough but just sounds like you need to EQ some things a little.  I like your riffs and arrangements though, some killer riffage in there.

I am hoping that EZmix will help me out when I get it. I plan on getting it in a month or so…I am hoping it does give me a better mix. I really think this song would sound amazing if it was properly mixed and mastered. I am just using this as drafts so my band can practice the material.
