I have purchased EZDrummer box version and downloaded the Drumkit from hell years ago. That Laptop has since been rendered inoperable and now I have a new Mac and have just installed the box version on it. How would I go about getting my authorization information and how can I redownload the Drumkit from hell? Your help would be greatly appreciated!
Edit: actually I spoke to soon, The EZdrummer will not install on my MacBook Pro. it freezes at the end of the installation. But then finally says that the installation was successful, but then it is no where to be found on my computer. Can anyone help me?
Hi,
you need to log in to your Toontrack account and download the Full Download Installers and updates.
Also, you need to contact support, providing your serial numbers so you can get proper access to the registered users Support Section of the Forum, as this is Pre-Sales and Requests & Feedback only.

Hi Can I get my Authorization reset on my toontrack products?
I have a GATEWAY SX2802-02c PC and for any reason (I do not know) the Computer ID is changing. now I am not able to get a new authorization.
Thank you for your help
Augusto.
I have freed up some seats for you. However, in the future, please do NOT remove ALL your authorized computers, only the ones no longer required. I can also see that on your ‘server’ machine you are not using the latest version, please update your software…

So, is it possible to reset the authorizations? That is great. I have bought many Toontrack products (and I love them) but I was always worried about the maximum number of authorizations. Currently I have already used 2/4 slots and I will change my Mac in the next weeks…so it will become 3/4.
(this story of the maximum number of authorizations has always prevented me to install most of my Toontrack software also on my notebook…)
So, which is the procedure to follow? Should I contact the support?
Thanks!
