    I need to reset also.  I need to render out some tracks and now Im dead in the water.  I opened a ticket and it says 3-5 days…

    I’ve removed all inactive authorizations. You should be all set to authorize your new computer.

    Hello I have several products where I have used up all of my auths. Could these please be reset? Superior drummer, Ezdrummer 2, and the DFH EZX. Thank you!

    Could I please get a reset as well?

    Sorry, you don’t seem to have any inactive authorizations to clear.

    Could you please reset mine as well? Just clear everything and i will re-authorize if it gets too confusing 🙂
