I want to activate Toontrack Solo for my Samsung laptop. I have it installed and the authorisation no. is on my account, but I cant update or reset. the computer ID is different on my Solo installation than on the website, which confuses me as it is the same computer. Can you help or advise?
Toontrack Solo doesn’t require authorization. It would be either Ezdrummer or Ezplayer asking to be authorized. What version numbers show on your product’s interfaces? If a new Computer ID is being displayed, you can remove the current active authorization and authorize using the new ID number.

But how do I remove authorisation? I will copy the current computer ID given on my laptop to the website
Uuhh. The close button was too dim to see on my screen. I see how to do it now.
Once upon a time, a resold TT license became Not For Resale and was NOT eligible for support OR updates. Is this still the case or has that policy changed (the FAQ page linked above SEEMS to imply that at least some of it has)? I ask because I wish to fully inform any potential buyers of such before they hand over their money.
Please advise!
