Request to change product from Mac to PC

Good day,

I have purchased EZ Bass , EZ Drummer and I have cross grade to Superior Drummer, all recently. I am from South Africa, and I have changed over to Mac with the new ~M1 chip. But I have major problems with compatibility with my hard ware for the M1 and with `Big Sur” .

My question is, I am thinking of change back to PC (Windows) . After I close the Mac registration on the products, will ~I be able to download the software with the Windows version. You will be able to see that the account an IP address will remain the same.

I am really strugling with Apple Mac.

If you download the Toontrack Product Manager on a Windows machine and log into your Toontrack account, it will download and install the Windows installers of your products.
