Register new product gives garbage in response

Hi, When registering a product on your site, I get...

Hi, When registering a product on your site, I get an error response every time.

The registration seem to work however: the product appears under “my products” when I go back to that page and refresh. I’m using Firefox if that matters.

Where did you purchase? You should have a serial number that you then register in the Toontrack Product Manager. Them download, install, and authorize.

Register your product to your Toontrack account first. Authorization is easy with the Toontrack Product Manager after that.
