I purchased Mark Lewis Metal Tones and tried to install it and it told me I needed to update EXMix but I don’t have that, apparently I need that for this product, so I would like a refund please. How can I do this? There is no way to contact the company for this matter.

Today I bought the “Dream Pop” expansion for EZ Drums 3.  It is not what I expected.

Is it possible to get a Refund?

If so,  I would like to put in extra money and get the expansion I really want which is the “Big Stage” expansion.
