I don’t buy this “once it’s installed/downloaded” crap as the reason for why you can’t refund a product. Other companies, that actually stand behind their products, will simply invalidate the license key and offer you a refund. Waves, and Fabfilter are my go-to examples for this. I am particularly annoyed by this because the EZdrummer expansion packs are a total hit or miss. I’ve purchased 5 expansions, and been happy with maybe one. Even that one has issues. I’m going to stop supporting toontrack altogether and will be taking my business elsewhere, unless they decide to actually offer CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.
