What happens if one re-samples a Toontrack product, transforms it, creating something new/different, and then attempts to release it commercially? What kind of permission or deal does one need? This is my case. I am still away from a commercial release but I would like to define this as soon as possible and get the appropriate permissions (so I do not violate any intellectual property rights) because I would love to do it.
