I and my friend have tried to make a purchase through my account using their credit card. the purchase completed but they had to create an account and now there is no sign of the product in their list of purchases. as for my account, the product appear as pending payment. Is there any way I can directly contact Toontrack to resolve this issue? We have tried to use product manager and download the product under their account so that we could try transferring the license but when they are logged on there isn’t any product listed and PM shows only my products. What can I do?
