Purchased Metal pack but got Electronic instead of Randy Staub ??

Purchased Ezmix Metal pack from a “official reseller” input the serial into my membership page got 6 items
except I got Electronic instead of Randy Staub ??

I have not authorize electronic all I want is what I paid for ?

Reseller say’s go to Toontracks

Toontrack say’s go to reseller ???

clearly there is a error in the Toontrack serial number system ?
how can a Ezmix metal pack serial give me all the correct items except ONE ??

I have a huge amount of products from Toontracks why screw me over ?
how can there treat me like this ??

If you’ve contacted Toontrack already and they’ve told you to contact the seller, as its the seller’s responsibility to distribute the correct serial number, I’m not sure what else we, on a forum, can tell you.
