I purchased an upgrade to EZDrummer 3 but did not receive a confirmation e-mail with the authorization code. The payment has been made through my bank. The e-mail address on my account is no longer valid and I am unable to update my account to my new e-mail address. I submitted a message to Support but have not heard anything back yet. If they send it to my old e-mail address, I won’t receive it. Is there any way to contact Toontrack support by phone?
I’m afraid you’ll need to wait for Toontrack Support to get back to you. There is no phone support hotline and merging multiple Toontrack product accounts can only be handled by them.
