The only reason I bought SD2 was to take advantage of the producer preset packs. I didn’t get around to using it but just bought the license from a 3rd party vendor – and now they are all gone? Are you serious? I spent all this money on SD2 for absolutely nothing? I can not exactly imagine any other reason than some ruthless attempt to push SD3 upgrades which for a guitar player like me is complete overkill. I have zero interest in spending even more cash on this and even less interest in wasting endless hours becoming a drum producer! The whole point was to avoid all that. What a grotesque let down, taking away great products just to squeeze customers even more.
Hi,
I am not sure I understand; if you have bought something, you just register it to your account and download it.
Doesn’t it work?

Hi John,
I purchased from a 3rd party vendor who apparently hadn’t removed the product “Producer Preset”. I haven’t received any serial probably because they were no longer supposed to sell it – that part is not your fault – but even if I had the serial there are no producer presets available to download. Why are they discontinued? Your own Toontrack created preset pack seemed to be superior to anything else and I don’t see any other reasons than selling much more expensive packs such as Metal Foundry. I really regret the SD purchase if I am forced to dish out another $179 to get even somewhat close to what I expected.
Thanks.
