I do not own Superior Drummer, and I think I’ll never purchase, since I’m well with EZDrummer 3.
When I log in in the webshop, I see the New York Studio midi libs (1, 2, 3) are for sale to my account. These are the core midi libraries that come with Superior Drummer. So I wonder what use would it be to have it for sale as a midi pack for Superior Drummer owners? They already own it! I presume they are there for sale to EZDrummer owners, so I can run them in EZDrummer 3? I would buy them, even if with reduced functionality I guess, since I am fond of Nir Z and it is a massive library. But in the webshop, about other midi addons, Toontrack explictly writes that a midi lib is for both EZdrummer and Superior, so why is nothing written in these New York Studio midi libs?
So the question is: can I run the New York Studio midi in EZDrummer 3? Which reduced functionality should I expect?
Next question: if anybody owns both EZDrummer and Superior, are these midi libraries the same content as the core lib in EZdrummer, which was also played by Nir Z?
