Purchase From Musician’s Friend

I bought EZ Drummer from Musician’s Friend. They gave me a license key, but when I follow the link to Toontrack, I find no way to download and no way to contact anyone for support.

Just plug your serial number into the product manager. It all looks like this.

If you need support, you must first to the FAQ article that is related to your issue, then scroll to the bottom of the page and select contact support.

I did not receive a serial number. Is that something I can get from Musician’s Friend? All They gave me was a license key.

Sounds like the same thing. Did you use it in the Product Manager yet?

I tried. I tried to enter the license key as a serial number. It rejected it.

Looks like it just needed time to update. It now recognizes my key. Thanks for the help.
