Being Scottish, I am always on the lookout for a bargain   Studiocare.com have EZDrummer for sale for an amazing £74.99.  My assumption is, and I hope I’m right, is that if I buy from Studiocare between now and the start of May that I will be eligible for the free upgrade to EZDrummer2.   This would not only be cheaper but also give me the Pop/Rock libraries as well   Can someone please confirm as it is not totally clear from the forums/FAQ.[8|]  Want EZDrummer2 for my birthday in May or may end up with socks…………………again

Of course! You can have two machines authorized at the same time. Just to add, not only will you get the Pop/Rock kit in EZdrummer that can be used in EZdrummer 2, you’ll also get the Cocktail EZX. So, for those not keeping up, by purchasing EZdrummer now, you’ll get the Pop/Rock and Cocktail kits. Then, you’ll get the free upgrade to EZD2 on May 6 that has two additional kits as well. Four kits for one low price! Awesome.

Is this also true for people who buy the Drum Fundamentals now? For me, the Fundamentals are a better deal than the EZDrummer 2 upgrade from version 1

Yes, you just need to register a newly purchased version of EZdrummer to get the free upgrade to ezd2. The bundles are good as the other EZXs will be updated to run in ezd2 and you’ll have access to all the MIDI too.

I bought EZdrummer online on the 28th of April but my estimated delivery date is 7th of May.If I cant register until the 7th of May will I still get the free upgrade because it was bought before the 6th of May?

I believe that this will still work. IF it does not please contact Toontrack support (i.e. not the forum). Support can be reached by clicking Support > FAQ > and there will be a contact support button at the bottom of any FAQ you choose.
