Purchase does not show up

    Did you receive an email order confirmation from Toontrack? It should contain the serial number for your purchase that you can enter into your Product Manager. It could have been marked as spam so it may be in your spam folder.

    I did not receive any email from Toontrack, also not in the Spam folder. Very strange. Even though I received a payment confirmation from Paypal, nothing was deducted from my account, as of yet. I now suspect a Paypal issue. I will wait a few more days, maybe it is just slow. In case that nothing changes, I guess I am contacting Paypal?

    You can contact Toontrack Support directly via the Contact Support button in the FAQ below. They deal with the webshop orders. Perhaps they can get it sorted quickly.
