proper rimshots and crosstick on td-17

Hello,

 

I have a Roland TD17 kit. I was wondering if EZdrummer3 supports the rimshots, including properly like the Roland controller does.

 

I was also wondering if it supports the variable items of the kit as well like choke on the cymbals as we hold it.

 

I’ve used a few other VST’s and they tend to be missing the tom rimshots as well as an inability to do snare rimshot and crosstick.

Hi,

The EZdrummer 3 core library includes rimshot samples recorded for the snares and toms. The cymbals can be choked with MIDI aftertouch.

I believe X-Stick is a setting in the Roland module options? So that you can toggle between if a Rimshot MIDI note or a Sidestick MIDI note is sent if you hit the snare rim. EZdrummer 3 should respond with the correct sample.
