product serial number

    I have logged on, downloaded product manager, when I go to register the product (ezdrummer3) it asks for a serial number, this has never been provided.

    Hi !

     

    Same thing for me, can’t use the trial vrsion, a serial number has to be provided… and I don’t have it. wtf ?

    Have you previously had EZD2 installed, perhaps as a trial?
    If so, you would need to delete the EZdrummer 2 Core Library from your computer.

    The default path if you haven’t moved the libraries or chosen a custom install path is:
    Macintosh HD > Library > Application Support > EZDrummer
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Toontrack\EZDrummer

    Remove any folder that has a name starting with EZX2 from this location.

    EZX2_EZdrummer2_Modern
    EZX2_EZdrummer2_Vintage

    me tooi mean i have the ezbass but can’t use it unless i have the serial number how to find it,?

    Hi,

    how did you buy it? You should have received a serial in an email from the store that sold you EZbass.

    The trial version does not have a serial number, you can download the trial from the Product Manager application.

    Have you previously had EZD2 installed, perhaps as a trial?

    Hi, you have no registered products and I can’t find any orders connected to this email address.
    Is this more of a wish or have you bought EZdrummer 3 from another account?

    If the latter, please contact Toontrack Support directly via the ‘Contact Support’ button found at the bottom of every FAQ page.

    I installed ezdrummer 3 and the core library but it asks me for the serial number .
    Unfortunately I have not received any serial number ? can you provide it to me ?

    I’m not sure what is asking for your EZD3 serial number.

    If you’re installing through the Toontrack Product Manager you should be clicking the Install button followed by the Authorize button and then the Update button. Your product serial number should be displayed with your product in Product Manager if you need it though.

    Please provide more info if your still having trouble.

    I cannot get the ezdrummer3 to authorize…. been trying everything I can think of.. when I try to enter “computer id” with MacBook Pro set #, rejected… then tried going to product mgr to go around this but it goes nowhere… frustrating!!!

    I see that you have authorized EZD3 today via the Toontrack Product Manager. Are you having trouble authorizing another computer?
