    I don’t see an order for you from our webshop, or, one using your forum email. Did you purchase through the Toontrack webshop or somewhere else?

    I logged on, and downloaded Product Manager but where do I find the Serial number for my newly purchased bundle?

    If you were logged into your Toontrack account at the time of purchase and selected the auto register product option, they will be registered to your account. If not, you should have got an invoice after purchase that had your serial numbers. Register those serial numbers in Product Manager to download your products.

    then i install toon track product manager.

    in registrer new product i put the serial number and its says me that serial number is already in use

    I am having the same problem with a midi pack I just purchased. I do not know how to get in contact with customer support.

    same problem here. I’ve just purchased ezdrummer2 and I did not get serial number – the only email that was sent was the one titled “Your Toontrack order from November 27, 2018 is complete”

     

    EDIT: nevermind, I didn’t spot S/N in the email mentioned above 🙂

    Where did you place your order? I don’t see an order placed at the Toontrack webshop using your email address.
