I use a personal computer separately from my studio computer. You’re promotional materials appear on my personal computer and I am sometimes inspired to act quickly on a new introduction. I have purchased two sets of EZKeys MIDI via the personal computer but cannot download them. Program recognizes that EZKeys is NOT on personal computer. However, when attempting to install serial number on my studio computer, I am advised that the serial numbers are registered to another user.
Product properly purchased but cannot be installed. Please advise. Ready to advise purchase dates, product and serial numbers.
