I have a MAC with OS SIERRA. Product Manager has never launched for me and I’ve tried several times. Each time it gives me an error message: “Update of Toontrack Product Manager failed! Could not remove the old version of the application.” I have deleted the application and tried new downloads. Nothing works. I wouldn’t care if it were not for the fact that I just purchased four new products. Only one has properly installed. I sent an email requesting support. I have not heard back. I am disappointed in the customer service. I have been with Toontrack since its inception when there was a phone number available that customers could call and receive support. Now when we have an issue we’re left to wait and/or try to figure it out amongst ourselves in this forum. Very disappointing.
