I’d like to update my EZKeys Grand Piano and the three sound expansions. But every time I click install any of the four updates, I get a warning:
I have only 32-bit installed?? But when I launch EZ Keys, I see it’s a 64-bit plugin (from the About EZ Keys box):
I’m confused about how/if I should update. Please advise. Thanks. (BTW, I use Pro Tools 2018.12.)

Hi,
I think that’s probably because you have an RTAS version installed as well.
You should be able to just ignore it. Other than that you could check the installation info for EZkeys and see if and where the RTAS is installed to manually delete it.

Actually, no, RTAS is not installed (nor is AU). But VST is installed. I just confirmed this via Product Manager. Could the VST be the issue? I’ll still try to run the 64-bit update if you think it should negatively affect anything.
Yes, please just update. What it means is just that if you had had any 32-bit applications that you relied on (since you can run 32-bit applications in High Sierra) to load EZkeys in, this update breaks that possibility.
