I just purchased a few midi packs, both EZ Drummer and EZ Keys and when I opened Product Manager, it shows all of my products (except for EZ Mix) as “Not installed”. Now all of my EZX and Midi files show that they need to be downloaded again. They are already on my hard drive though. Does anyone know whats going on?

did you perform some kind of Custom install?
What exactly is ‘Not Installed’? You can click the ‘Show Details’ and ‘Installation Info’ tabs for those products. Please provide a screen shot.

I am reloading to a new PC and have the same problem with all my reloads, very pissed off. Toontrack web account and Toontrack product manager do not even match my progress. I see the software loaded on my PC but it will not accept, used standard full download.. Love the software, but these software companies have thee worst delivery systems (registration/anti piracy). They should hire some game developers to help them into the next age. What a huge waist of time they have created
