I an new to Mac computers I usually use a PC. I installed some of my Toontrack products on my new M4 MAX Studio but I could not control where the libraries were being located. So I did what I could to uninstall everything “Toontrack”. I deleted the Toontrack folder from the applications folder and deleted every other Toontrack folder that I could find. I reinstalled the product manager and started the install process. The problem is – the product manager is showing that the products that removed are still installed – it’s not letting me download those that were installed before.
If you click “Show Details” under the product in the Product Manager, you can download the installer again. Then, click the drop-down menu to the right and select install.
