I downloaded the product manager and then upon attempting to open it, it prompts me that it has an update and updates it. Upon completion, an error window appears and alerts me that the product manager update cannot update because the old version cannot be removed from the application. Any help would be much appreciated!
This is usually caused by the hidden trash folder having the wrong owner. To fix that, open Applications/Utilities/Terminal and paste this command there and press enter:
sudo chown `whoami` ~/.Trash
It will ask for your computer password. Then Product Manager should be able to update itself.

I have a Windows 64gb operating system, do you have the correct fix for mine also. I am unable to find a way to update Product Manager therefor unable to update EZdrummer 2
