The latest version of the installation of the Product Manager gives an error upon installing.
It can’t find it’s files in Local \ Temp. This is probably a rights issue with the latest versions of Windows 10 64 bits probably as I’ve seen it with other library installers as well? I’ve tried running as administrator and also change the folder rights but it didn’t help.
Do you have a different version of the installer that works on 64-bit Windows?
It first shows a dialog with a path that’s missing in the temp folder. When pressing ok it shows the top dialog in the attached image that the path cannot be found. Probably this is an issue with 32 bits installers on Windows 64 bit?

you did remember to Extract the ZIP before running the installer right? You’re not simply Browsing the ZIP?

Yes of course. The temp folder missing error is reported during executing the installer.

I tried installing with admin rights, tried installing in the Administrator profile and tried it in safe mode.
I also tried changing rights in the temp folder. Couldn’t get it working.

Bottom dialog shows the error during the installation, top error dialog box shows after you press OK.

Please try https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/17588/windows-fix-problems-that-block-programs-being-installed-or-removed and see if it can fix the problem.

The uninstall of Product Manager fixed the issue!
Must’ve been some leftovers from a previous installation because it wasn’t on my laptop anymore.

Is it the same with EZbass 1.0.5 and Audio Sender 1.0.3 that you can’t start those installers on Windows?

Yes sir, exactly the same with EZ bass and with the Superior Drummer :(. I cannot update anything on my current installed software because the product manager cannot be installed. I have done so much with my pc, buying some windows fix online or doing some registry repair issues but it cannot be installed. I tried installing the product manager on my office work PC just to try if it works, and it did install. I wonder why i have this problem on my PC, the windows file were always updated. Thank you for the reply..
If you go to Windows settings > System > About, what does it say under Windows Specifications? Is it a Windows 10 Pro edition? What version number?
I have added a different Product Manager installer to your account. You can find it here: My Account > My Products > (make sure platform “PC” is selected) > Superior Drummer 3 Crossgrade > Show Details > EXTRAS.
