Hi there,
I can still login to my account via web browser but cannot login via Product Manager.
“The reset password email link ” takes me to the page where I have to enter original password before creating new password. Therefore I cannot log in.
Will product Manager allow me to move EZ drummer from my external drive onto my new internal SSD drive as my new PC no longer has a DVD drive to install EZdrummer from.
Please advise, many thanks !

Product Manager is not necessary to move libraries between drives accessed by the same computer.

Generally, Product Manager handles the download, installation & authorization of your Toontrack products.
Once installed & authorized, other strategies and/or tools might be required.

hello
i changed my password on the toontrack site
i then purchased a product, and when copying the serial number of the new item
the product manager shows the message” incorrect password”
do i need to reset the password in the product manager and if so where is the reset link

Hi mungo,
the password in PM is the same as for your Toontrack account at the site.
Please Log Out (Cmd+L on Mac) and then log in again with the new password.
