I get only error message:
“Could not copy the new version to C:/users/me/AppData/Local/Toontrack\Productmanager\Update”
I tried re-downloading directly from you site, it installs seemingly fine but then opening it, it tries to update and the same thing happens.
Update: I found the error log, the problem was the H: drive is full, which was my installation folder for the Product manager… Duh! The error message only talks about C: which has several terabytes free so it was not immediately obvious. Anyway, if anyone else stumbles on the same problem, this was an easy one.
