I am experiencing severe difficulties for the Product Manager downloading content. Firstly it is extremely slow and secondly, the downloads continually drop out and I have to restart the whole process again. The product is extremely unreliable and I have had to download part of the products directly from the website. However the website does not have any of the Superior Drummer Content Libraries listed to download so am unable to complete any of my installations.
There are no issues with my internet connection as I am able to download excessively large files from other 3rd party companies
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Do you have iCloud Private Relay on? If so, try turning it off.

Okay, also check if you have any proxies turned on. You can get there by clicking “Proxies: Change Settings” in Product Manager Preferences. Is any checkbox ticked for any of the protocols listed there?

Then I see no reason that the connection/speed should be any different than downloading from the website (just the error handling is different). Why the connection is bad between your computer and the download server is something our CDN provider could investigate if you contact Toontrack support about the issue.

Hi,
I am from Malaysia. Product manager download at 3-20 kB/s for last 2-3 days. My internet Speedtest result is 800+ Mbps. Paused and Continue download still the same.
I experienced the same problem with ToonTrack Webpage My-Account download.
Can you check your server for this side of the world?
I have no problem with other software download (eg. Steinberg 5~14 Mbps or Addictive Drums)

Just want to let you all know that my PM download was good at 5-6 Mbps about 17 hours ago. Toontrack support did email me about asking… but I am not sure what they have done.
I could be wrong but I suspect Toontrack’s Local cache CDN (content delivery network) may be empty/reset and took some time to be sync from HQ server.. At least I got the 15 GB EZ3 core lib downloaded.
