Hi
I had to get a new laptop, down loaded product manager, it said either email or password not recognized, changed the password same thing, tried to click the forgot password and it said that the email was not registered to an account, well here I am, logged in on line no problem with email or password but the product manager refuses to recognize the account, please help , I need my pianos, drums and bass!
